Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere and vibe are amazing—definitely a 10/10. The service from our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive, friendly, and helped us choose between a few dishes, which we really appreciated. We started with the Trio Ceviche. Honestly, our least ... favorite was the aguachile because it had a strange flavor, but the shrimp cocktail and the Peruvian ceviche were absolutely delicious. For drinks, we ordered a coconut mojito and a mango margarita. Both were perfectly made and tasted fantastic. The only issue was the wait time—it took much longer than expected to receive them. Later, we ordered another margarita, and unfortunately the wait was just as long. For our main dishes, we had the pork belly patacones and the octopus with potatoes. Both dishes were outstanding and easily our favorites of the night. We also ordered a plantain lasagna to go. Unfortunately, it was dry and burnt, and we really didn’t enjoy it. Despite a few issues, especially with the bar timing and drink service, most of the food was delicious. The flavored shots were incredible—1000/10! Overall, this is a place we’d definitely come back to. The restaurant, the atmosphere, and the service made the experience enjoyable. If they can improve the speed of the bar, it would easily be an even better experience.

We had an absolutely great first time here tonight. Drinks were refreshing (and I am so grateful for the mojito mocktail). Food was delicious, all of it. Great meat and vegetarian options. The Caribbean bread pudding dessert was fabulous. But. But. Best part of the night? Maria and Coral. Genuinely perfect service. ... Kind, fun, and great recs. We can’t wait to come back and try brunch.

Okay, this spot deserves more hype. Perfect for a romantic date night, the vibes are immaculate. I frequent this location a great deal and have always been beyond satisfied. I know the majority of the waitstaff by becoming a regular at Cuya and I have to say that everything here is amazing. My girlfriend loves ... chatting with the servers, they treat her like an old friend. They’re always on top of their game and the bartenders can make a mean mocktail while being hilarious. It’s awesome that we can stop in for breakfast too now. We get espresso drinks and the maduras and bring a donut home for our neighbor(he’s crazy about them). The coffee is amazing, and the patio area looks like it’s out of an exotic vacation. I am vegan and the kitchen staff/Chef Kevin always accommodates that with ease. The food makes me feel like it was made for family. The crispy potato flautas are my favorite, and my girl could eat the spicy papaya salad everyday. I don’t even like gnocchi normally, but finding out it’s made of plantains blew my mind. My girlfriend and I share it but really we should each get our own so we don’t fight. Please, do yourself a favor and come here. They will be conscious of allergies and preferences. If you’re vegan, gluten free, or both you will have something delicious to eat, just let them know. This place is stylish, welcoming, and of course delicious; everything I look for.

COME HERE!! Right as you enter, the atmosphere is elegant, colorful, and lightly. The music perfectly matches the theme and the seating was detailed and comfortable. The food was spectacular and authentic, there is something for everyone with how varied it is. Whether that is Puerto Rican, Peruvian, or Mexican food. ... There are multiple small plates similar to tapas and individual entree options as well. Not to mention, the service was above and beyond, the waitress Coral was super friendly, funny, and sincere. The chef, Kevin, came multiple times to check on our food and even gave amazing recommendations. Definitely a must visit and frequent, they are full of delicious ideas.
